Modern aircraft. Honest pricing.

Transparent wet rates.
Wet rate (fuel included). No hidden surcharges, no surprise membership fees, no fuel reimbursement headaches. The hourly number is the number. Pay-as-you-fly billing — no upfront block-time required.
Fly when you want.
Online scheduling once you're checked out. Day-of bookings welcome when the schedule allows. Open Monday through Saturday 7 AM – 10 PM. Cross-country trips and overnight reservations supported.

Things renters ask.
Can I rent for cross-country trips?
Yes. Overnight and multi-day reservations are welcome with advance notice. We ask for a minimum daily flight time on overnight reservations so the airplane isn't sitting idle on a ramp somewhere. Call to discuss your specific trip — we're flexible.
Do I need an Instrument Rating to rent?
No — VFR pilots can rent the CTLS. If you do hold an Instrument Rating and want IFR privileges, our airframes are TAA-qualified and equipped for instrument flight. We can do an instrument check-out as part of the rental process.
What about fuel?
Wet rate — fuel included in the hourly rate. If you fuel up away from KP1, save your receipt and we'll reimburse current local price. The CTLS burns about 5 gallons per hour at cruise, so fuel stops on cross-countries are rare for a typical day trip.
How does scheduling work?
Once you're checked out, you'll get access to our online scheduling system. You can book, modify, or cancel reservations 24/7. Day-of bookings welcome when the schedule allows. We ask for 24 hours notice on cancellations to avoid a fee — weather cancellations are always free.
Is there a minimum daily charge?
For day rentals at KP1, no minimum — pay for the Hobbs time you use. For overnight or multi-day reservations, a minimum daily flight requirement applies so the airplane stays available for other renters. Specifics depend on the trip; call to discuss.
Can I use the airplane for my own primary training?
If you're working with one of our instructors, absolutely — that's how our training program works. If you have an outside instructor you'd like to use, contact us first. We may be able to accommodate it depending on the instructor and circumstances.
